How To Order
You may order securely on line using our ìShopping Cartî. If an item you want (such as a new model) is not listed on our site, you may still order it online by typing it (or them) in the Customer Comments/Alternates section at the bottom of the order form. Such orders will be acknowledged automatically by return email. If you do not get your order right away, the item(s) are not in stock and have been backordered. They will be shipped immediately when they are restocked.
E-mail orders accepted and welcomed. You may charge using VISA, Mastercard, American Express. Call or FAX us your card number if you do not wish to email it and we will keep it on file so you do not have to include it on your email orders.
You may also order via FAX, phone or regular email. Postage & handling charge is a straight $6.00 no matter the size of the order. VA residents please add
5% sales tax.
Please note: Minimum charge or COD order is $20.00 in merchandise.
Foreign Orders
Foreign orders accepted and welcomed. Extra postage will be billed at cost. All orders are shipped by air. Cost is probably less than you might think since despite being made of metal, most of our models are surprising light.
Checking Stock
Weíre always glad to check stock for you via email or phone.
Backorders
The fastest way to get the out-of-stock items you want is to maintain a ìwantî list or backorders with us. Weíll ship you those items as soon as they come in (observing any budgetary requirements you state) and will not charge your credit card until the item(s) is shipped.
Free Catalogs
Our catalogs essentially duplicate the listings on this website. However, if you feel a catalog is easier to use for ordering, weíll be glad to send you a copy. Just fill out the form in the ìFree Catalogî section on this site and email it to us specifying whether you wish our ship or armour catalog. One catalog at a time please unless requested with an order.

Again, we point out that our suppliers are small manufacturers who produce many items. They can not keep us in stock of everything all the time. The wait for backordered items can sometimes be long especially for models of less popular ships. Your patience is solicited and appreciated in these cases.
